Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Returning or exchanging is quick and easy — simply CLICK HERE to get started.

Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery without needing to give a reason. Just make sure your return is shipped back to us within this 30-day period.

Return Conditions

  • 1. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached.
  • 2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Options

  • 1. Gift Card (+15% Bonus): Get your refund faster and with 15% extra value! Processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.
  • 2. Original Payment Method: Refunds via your original payment method usually take 7–10 business days after your return is processed.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative. Shipping for the replacement item is free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or faulty item? Please contact us right away at hey@pomsie.com and we’ll assist you immediately.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom-made products, such as engraved frames
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items purchased in a 1+1 or 2+1 offer
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return period
  • Items that have been used or damaged and not reported to our customer service team

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on your chosen carrier and country of return. Please note: We do not cover customs or import duties on exchanges. Be sure to keep your proof of shipment with tracking info until your return has been processed.

Return Processing

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow up to 7 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
